The panel discussion will kick off about 6:30. Stefan Rust, CEO of Exicon, will lead the discussion which will look at how to leverage location information on mobile devices as a new dimension to enabling smart cities. He’ll take look at what’s happening in Singapore, London for the Olympics and Qatar for the World Cup.
